The "virtual tours" of our first four STW sites serve as case studies documenting from their original selection as "Schools to Watch". They function as learning tools and rick descriptions of practices occuring at the time. Freeport Intermediate School and Thurgood Marshall Middle Scholl have both undergone recertificaton. Since 2002, all Schools to Watch selected have been identified through the rigorous state programs functioning across the country.
